Star House
Star House is a 24/7 drop-in center for youth experiencing homelessness. As Central Ohio's only drop-in center, young people experiencing homelessness, ages 14-24, are provided with immediate access to safety, basic needs, and access to crucial, stabilizing resources.
Franklin County Child Services (FCCS)
Franklin County Children Services collaborates with multiple organizations to offer foster care services for children under their care. Their vision prioritizes ensuring safety, permanency, and well-being for every child. Through family and community collaboration, they advocate for these principles while respecting family and cultural values.
Students Consulting for Nonprofit Organizations (SCNO)
The Ohio State University’s SCNO chapter is part of a national network of university students dedicated to providing pro-bono consulting to nonprofit organizations. SCNO aims to support nonprofits in achieving their missions. With a focus on community empowerment, leadership development, and professional excellence, SCNO strives to make meaningful impacts locally and beyond, assisting nonprofits in addressing various societal challenges.
Buckeye Capture
Buckeye Capture is a team of Ohio State University student photographers focused on offering top-tier photography and videography services to the OSU community, primarily targeting student organizations. Their mission revolves around elevating the visibility and influence of these clubs by skillfully capturing and commemorating their significant moments. Buckeye Capture seeks to enrich the campus experience by immortalizing the achievements and memories of various student groups.
Thea Bowman Center
Thea Bowman Center provides a healthy, safe, and prosperous community for the people of Mt. Pleasant in southeast Cleveland. It began as a Hunger Center in 1966 and currently continues to meet pressing needs in a community in which 65% of families live near or below the poverty level. As a community anchor, Thea Bowman Center provides a trusting environment in which we promote health and well-being through education and resources.
